This is the 3rd year the Outbreak Youth Ministry has hosted the Black Tie Event. It's one of the largest youth celebrations for New Year's Eve in Houston! This year it's being held in The New KBC at 6011 West Orem.

It's a formal/semi formal event, with the added touch of glamor, being photographed as you walk down the red carpet. If you attended last year's Black Tie – click here for pictures, you know the high caliber of excitement experienced arriving to a posh, trend setting, cutting edge party that will glorify the Lord, with radical praise and fellowship.

There will be other show stopping surprises, too. The Drama Ministry Youth Power Players will present a provocative performance and this year's coveted and confidential Black Tie O Awards will be revealed.

For all the perks, the cost of admission is just 2 canned goods per person. These food donations go to help feed Houston's needy. If you arrive without canned goods, it will cost you $3.00 per person. That's still a huge value.
